By the way, are you putting this up in escrow with a third party or will you simply try to reneg on the deal if a third party pops me and you're feeling paranoid? Seriously, some clarification on the rules would be great. I'm going to steal as much ISK from you as you're dumb enough to pay out. And I'm sure that the normal mercs don't want to get cheated out of their legitimate bounty just because I'm going to be scamming the hell out of you. May I suggest Chribba as a third party who everybody can trust so that mercs know they'll get paid if they pod me and my buddies know that we'll get paid when we scam you? Thanks much.

I also suggest that Shivani clarify exactly what rules she will be using to determine what is and is not a valid kill. Do noob ships/shuttles count if I'm also podded, because that would really help me keep the cost of scamming Shivani down. What are disqualifying factors? If the person is in one of the NC alliances, can they still hunt me? If they have an alt in one of the NC alliances, can they still hunt me? If they've been in a corp/alliance that I was once in, can they still hunt me? How old does a character have to be in order to be certified as a 'non-alt' and get the bounty, or will it be based on skill points? Let's get this party rolling. -identify who your third party escrow holder is -identify how many of my alts have to be killed to earn the one bil. For instance, I'll tell you now that I have two accounts on which I run my main, my probing/capital alt, my cyno alt, two scout alts for the JB chain between Otsa and S-EV, and one random place-holding alt who I sometimes use to check Jita for price checks. Obviously if it's 250 mil for me, expecting someone to kill and pod five other chars for 1 bil is a very bad deal. Is podding me and my cap alt acceptable terms for you? -identify the full set of rules. Will there be API verification demanded? Will you have access to the API, or only your third party broker, who'll delete the info after verifying it? If their account has any char on it who's ever been blue to RZR, does that disqualify them, or only if they have someone actually in an NC alliance? And so on. -and most importantly, how much actual ISK is there going to be set up to pay for this contract? Is it a one time thing or will you pay out for 10 kills? 100? Because, hell, I can lose 10 pods for the cost of a few hours running PvE'ing and even if I don't have a buddy on to scam you at the time, forcing you to pay out 2.5 bil ISK, at a minimum, is kinda hilarious. I mean, you do know that I'm a combat pilot in a major 0.0 alliance, and I expect that I may get podded each and every single time I undock, and that's just part of life in 0.0? That, in fact, the next guy to pod me will probably do it because we're PvPing and not because he has any idea about this thread? Ah well. Anyways, please clarify these issues ASAP as I've assembled a bunch of folks to start scamming you and we'd like to start earning ISK. It's really kind of inconsiderate of you to make me wait so long to start stealing from you. Let's get this going.
